Quanta du Soleil offers returns or exchanges within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. We will happily accept any merchandises unwashed, unaltered and unworn with original tags attached for a full refund. All returns must be requested and postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving your merchandise.

Any unauthorized returns (including returns without a return form), or returns postmarked after fourteen (14) days from the delivery date will be refused and the item(s) returned to sender.

Merchandises marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refund of any kinds. Final sale items can be returned for store credit ONLY. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  

How to Process Returns

Once your return request is submitted and approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions. Returns may also be sent back via alternate methods, however we recommend using an insured, traceable method. A $7 return fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our discounted label. Your return fee will be waived if you choose the store credit option.You may also ship through your preferred courier at your own expense. If your return shipment does not have a tracking number, we cannot guarantee a refund if your return is lost. Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, we are not able to provide return shipping labels. All international buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Once we receive the package, your refund will be promptly issued. The refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. You will be notified by email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.


Order Cancellation

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent to our fulfillment center as soon as they are placed. We are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed. 


Price Adjustment

We offer a one-time adjustment for items purchased within 5 days for a price adjustment excluding FINAL SALE and Made-to-Order items. For products to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request.
