Shipping to the U.S.A.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $89 across the United States, and $8 shipping on all orders under $89 As per domestic shipping, all orders will be sent within 48 to 72 hours of purchase based upon credit verification and availability. Shipping times will vary depending on the locations.
Canada and Australia are the only countries we ship. We charge a flat shipping fee of $15 for Canada, and $25 for Australia. As per international shipping, all orders will be sent within 48 to 72 hours of purchase, based upon credit verification and availability. Depending on your location, shipping times will vary. When ordering from Quanta du Soleil from international locations, you may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and/or brokerage fees. Quanta du Soleil is not responsible for any of these charges. It is customer's responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If the package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules, Quanta du Soleil will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge.
For all purchases, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned to Quanta du Soleil due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Quanta du Soleil is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Quanta du Soleil offer free returns or exchanges within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. We will happily accept any merchandises unwashed, unaltered and unworn with original tags attached for a full refund. All returns must be requested and postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving your merchandise.
Any unauthorized returns (including returns without a return form), or returns postmarked after fourteen (14) days from the delivery date will be refused and the item(s) returned to sender.
Merchandises marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Process Returns
Once your return request is submitted and approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions. Returns may also be sent back via alternate methods, however we recommend using an insured, traceable method. If your return shipment does not have a tracking number, we cannot guarantee a refund if your return is lost. Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, we are not able to provide return shipping labels. All international buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Once we receive the package, your refund will be promptly issued. The refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. You will be notified by email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent to our fulfillment center as soon as they are placed. We are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed.
We offer a one-time adjustment for items purchased within 5 days for a price adjustment excluding final sale and Made-to-Order items. For products to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request.
